H2O Midstream owns and operates integrated water infrastructure, including gathering pipelines, storage, treatment, disposal and reuse facilities in the Midland Basin. The company owns and operates the first third-party, truckless produced water hub in the Midland Basin, located in the Midland Basin, consisting of:
- 1 million barrels of produced water storage that is available to multiple customers for enhanced reliability, peak flowback management, and reuse
- The hub is connected to a network to 13 disposal wells totaling 265,000 barrels of capacity per day via a pipeline network of more than 150 miles
- Services offered include: spot purchases, storage “banking”, “overflow” agreements, tolling agreements, MVC or acreage dedication, treatment for reuse, interruptible transport, firm transport, and pad dedication
The company continues to expand the existing system through additional infrastructure to serve the needs of multiple producers in the area.
